C 10 crystal bicones

1 clasp

matching nylon thread

INSTRUCTIONS

Measure and cut at least 100 inches of nylon jewelry thread.* Thread the needle and pull ends even. Put a stopper bead about 5 inches from the ends. With double thread, continue:

Pattern #2

Center Second Strand
String 1 B, 2 A, 1 B, and so on until you have a total of 15 B for Center Second Strand, ending with B bead.

Repeat Pattern #2, but, instead of adding B beads, go through corresponding B beads on First Strand of necklace. Finish with first bead strung in First Strand, Pattern #1. String 2 A, second half of clasp, 2 A. Tie ends of string securely with half-hitch knots, making sure you have left the necklace loose enough to flow freely. (Do not cut thread tails until last step.)

Third Strand Center
Cut at least 60 inches of thread. Thread needle. Do not pull even. Put stopper bead 5 inches from one end.

Center Third Strand
String 1 B, 3 A, 1 B, and so on until you have a total of 15 B for Center Third Strand, ending with B bead.

Repeat Pattern #2, but, instead of adding B beads, go through corresponding B beads on First Strand of necklace, continuing to last B bead before clasp. String 2 A, clasp, 2 A. Go back through all the beads on Third Strand, doubling the threads.

Repeat Pattern #2, but, instead of adding B beads, go through corresponding B beads on First Strand of necklace, continuing to last B bead before clasp. String 2 A, clasp, 2 A. Go back through all the beads on Third Strand, doubling the threads, until you reach where you started the third strand. Knot securely with half-hitch knots. Do not cut threads.
